Why this Fund? 

We want to be a strong alternative to traditional equity funds whose returns, broadly speaking, are below average market returns.

 

Does the manager also invest in the Fund? 

Our fund manager invests all of his own assets in the Fund.

What is the Fund's legal status? 

The Fund is an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) according Belgian law. The Fund is registered with the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (Belgian FSMA). The Fund Manager is also registered with the Belgian FSMA: https://www.fsma.be/en/party/investment-capital-partnership

Is the Fund controlled / audited? 

The Fund is controlled by Belfius Bank every 3 months. In addition, our Feeder fund is audited yearly by Bofidi Audit.

Which bank is the depository bank?  

Our fund deposits are all kept by Belfius Bank.

Are there sectors in which the Fund does not invest? 

We do not invest in tobacco, speculative biotech, crypto, gambling or weapon industry.
